How do I book a session?
After enrolling, you will be taken to your student dashboard where you can choose your preferred time slot from your tutor's live availability calendar. Booking takes less than a minute.
Can I change my tutor?
Absolutely. If the fit is not right after the first session, we will match you with another tutor at no extra charge. We want you to have the right relationship, not just any tutor.
What technology do I need?
A stable internet connection, a webcam and a microphone. We use Zoom or Google Meet — whichever you prefer. No special software required.
How much notice do I need to reschedule?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice. Sessions can be rescheduled at any time with sufficient notice via your student dashboard.
