Sheila The Writer is an independent academic learning studio founded on a simple conviction: every student deserves to be seen, not processed. We bring together deeply experienced tutors, writers, educators and exam specialists to meet every student with attention, encouragement and genuine expertise.
Our work is guided by integrity. We coach, edit, teach and mentor — but students remain the authors of their own work, the thinkers of their own ideas, and the achievers of their own results. Academic honesty is not just a policy — it is the foundation of everything we do.
Since our founding, we have helped more than 25,000 students across secondary, undergraduate, postgraduate and professional education reach the milestones that matter most to them. Integrity First
We provide coaching and guidance that strengthens the student's own thinking and writing. We never do the work for them — we make them better at doing it themselves. This is not a restriction. It is the thing that makes our support genuinely valuable.
See the Whole Person
Academic difficulty rarely exists in isolation. We take the time to understand a student's context, confidence and goals before prescribing a path forward. A struggling student is not a problem to be fixed — they are a person to be understood.

Using what we have learned, we create a specific, structured plan — not a template. The right tutors, the right materials, the right timeline for each student.
