The menu of the caf\u00e9 ranges from varieties of coffees, teas, bakery, sandwiches, salads as well as soups. According to a critical analysis of the caf\u00e9, ordering processes in the caf\u00e9 is manual as there is no computer system installed there. The grandfather\u2019s memory stands out as the main reference point in merely all aspects of the caf\u00e9 and this is seen as the main shortcoming in the operation of the business especially within the 21st century.
