The use of evidence to determine guilt or innocence (including the guilty plea system, Plea Bargaining, and Victims’ Rights Laws)<\/p>\n
Witnesses and their testimony (constitutional of defendants regarding witnesses, credibility of the witness, direct and cross examination)<\/p>\n
You can cite cases, any other type of publication, including: Journals, Books, Internet Articles, etc.<\/p>\n
The paper must:<\/p>\n
Be double-spaced<\/p>\n
Include 1.25-inch margins<\/p>\n
Use Times New Roman 12-point type<\/p>\n

Of the total works cited, half should be from academic journals or books published by an academic press. Works cited and the references should be in APA format.
