Bond and belonging of the four drive theory results from a need to love and belonging as expressed by Maslow. Acquire and achieve is a drive that satisfies the esteem needs of a person. Every employee looks for recognition in his job thereby allowing him to achieve what he wants. This is driven by the fact that everyone needs to have esteem in not only the work place but also in society. So employers who can give this are considered to be the best of the lot.<\/p>\n
