The evidence-based activities dominant in our area include infection preventionand control, oxygen therapy in people with respiratory infections and non-invasive measurementof blood pressure in children. It has spearheaded the Integration of proof with clinical skills; Factors like biological and socioeconomic matters are considered (Balakas, & Smith, 2016). The practitioners should also view the client\u2019s preferences to help them make the appropriate decision. Evaluation of outcomes of the decision \u2013 The evaluation should be based on whether the expected goal is achieved, and if not, the practitioner should identify the reasons. Factors that could hinder the expected outcome include poor proof interpretation, non-adherence to nursing procedures, shortage of required skills, or an inadequate client prognosis.<\/p>\n
Health consumers have greatly benefited from these practices through inclusion in theirown health care choices, providing the most effective care therefore resulting to improved patientoutcomes. Evidence-based practice has helped clients and families to receive regular nursing interventions and better end-results (Esfahani, & Maharati, 2015). With the enhancement of EBP, there have been fewer cases of patient falls and pressure sores in healthcare facilities<\/p>\n

Giving oxygen to COPD patients helpsprevent serious conditions such as organ failure and hypoxia therefore reducing the mortalityrates in these patients. Measuring blood pressure can be difficult in children as compared toadults, the non-invasive monitor is capable of producing accurate blood pressure results inchildren without much difficult. These practices provide the most effective care based onscientifically researched practices therefore improving patient care and outcomes.<\/p>\n
