Ltd) issued to us (Galaxy Power Installation Co. Ltd) to vacate the site for a new electrical sub-contractor earlier (Power Engineering) last week, I wish to bring to the fore my humble request for a payment of a preliminary sum of Kshs 300, 000 as stated afore besides your approved valuation for the Suntrek project.<\/p>\n<p>This sum was never quoted in our original tender Bill of Quantities, but had equally been spread in other sections of the Bill of Quantities with a sole aim of winning a competitive tender rate(s) which could otherwise have been recovered if the company was to continue working on the project as earlier initiated.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for considering our request.<\/p>\n<p>Regards,<\/p>\n<p>Pravin Halai.<\/p>\n<p>Company Director<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Galaxy Power Inst Co.
