You have a broad range of possibilities in picking a specific ethical dilemma: competing ethical principles; empathic failures due to cultural misunderstanding; language gaps; inadequate cultural training to serve certain populations, and so on.<\/p>\n
You will begin by describing the specific ethical dilemma and then you will reflect upon the dilemma and its resolution or lack thereof by considering the following questions:<\/p>\n

How did it affect relationships within the organization?<\/p>\n
What could have been done differently?<\/p>\n
How might this dilemma provide insight into ethical issues on an international level?<\/p>\n
