You&#8217;ve really hit the nail on the head with that. I&#8217;ve been working with a few of my coworkers on professional nursing autonomy for the past years. This is challenging to implement with most senior staff members, especially those trained at places where nurse autonomy was not practised or encouraged.<\/p>\n<p>Considering your post, I would like to share some insights regarding nurse-driven protocols from our investigation regarding patient safety and the use of protocols in our institution.
