It is true that both vaping and smoking are unhealthy life choices. Both include the inhalation of nicotine substance which is highly addictive and harmful to one\u2019s health. Generally, the lifestyle of a smoker deteriorates over time alongside their health. It increases their anxiety and tension levels such that they find it difficult to interact with other people. Due to fear of judgment and rejection by society, some smokers isolate themselves from their friends and family, which is harmful to one\u2019s mental health. It becomes more challenging because nicotine is addictive, and they cannot get themselves out of it.
