I agree with you that there is an increase in cases of depression among adolescents, which necessitates the development of protocols for promoting adolescents’ mental health. Also, the fact that depression affects the adolescents’ ability to pursue education, have sufficient physical health, and be consistently employed, as Moukaddam et al. (2019) discusses, demonstrates why protocols to promote mental health among adolescents are needed. I agree with you that the HAT protocol is significant in promoting mental health among adolescents and empowering them to succeed in life stages, owing to the challenges associated with the adolescence developmental period. <\/p>\n
