I enjoyed reading your self-reflection because it is so honest and interesting. Particularly, I was drawn to how you presented your individuals assumptions and weaknesses at the beginning of the paper, and later showed how much you have grown through the trials and tribulations to become better at managing and leading. I agree with your position on the fact that leadership is a process, one that amplifies a number of naturally available values and characteristics in a person. I also feel that some people are just born leaders, with or without training. However, I feel that you should have added that training on leadership is required to shape the innate abilities to be aligned to proven theoretical and practical requirements that are important to the practices of managing, leadership, and stewardship. Your self-analysis is so refreshing, one that I will surely employ to conduct my own internal appraisal so that I know what I will need to improve on and what to take on as a strength. Your individual action-guiding principles are also very practical. They show how you plan to attain certain objectives and the expectations you have towards the same.
