Although women hold a significant number of jobs in the non-profit \u2013<\/p>\n<p>Tweet thread<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; sector, they hold less than 15% of CEO positions in the for-profit sector. Women also hold few board seats, with only 17% of Fortune 500 &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; companies having a female board chair. Despite the limited number of women in leadership positions, women are often found in leadership &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Roles at the department level.
