I have a few questions before moving further:<\/p>\n
1) Do you take pay pal?<\/p>\n
2) Can I provide we start with one case study first? \u00a0The reason I mention that is\u00a0my biggest concern is making sure there is a match of writing, which is sometimes difficult. \u00a0Since I’ve done the assignment before, I don’t want my professor to notice there’s a vast difference, sending alarms. \u00a0I respect writers and their meticulous work, so I don’t want you to think I’m trying to take advantage. \u00a0I just want to make sure we can match up and move forward with the cases, since there are so many. \u00a0It would be a waste of both of our times if I read the case and, upon reading it, I don’t notice the writing style matching up. \u00a0I’d rather it be one case for that to happen with and not 4 if we decide to not further the transaction.<\/p>\n
On another note, here are more detailed requirements of the cases: \u00a0<\/p>\n
The one due Dec. 9 is 1300-1400max words in length and requires 6-7 sources. \u00a0The others can range from 1250-1300 words with 4-5 sources. \u00a0They’re all specifically formatted case studies per the professor’s instructions, found below. \u00a0They’re on specific companies’ cases, which I have and can provide.\u00a0<\/p>\n
I’ve completed 7 cases that have received top grades (90-100% range). \u00a0I can provide examples, if interested. \u00a0One is of lower quality, the other of higher given the grades received (90% and 100%, respectively). \u00a0The 90% work is a USA Today case, with a Zappos case taking the highest grade. \u00a0Though I understand no promise of grade can be made, both would be examples of 1) the professor and what he considers grade A work and, 2) my writing style.<\/p>\n
The following are the instructions from the professor: \u00a0<\/p>\n
“The written case should have three major sections:\u00a0<\/p>\n
1)\u00a0Identification of the strategic issues and problems\u2013 This section contains a focused paragraph defining the problem. A\u00a0problem well-defined is half solved therefore your analysis must contain a clear statement as to the underlying problem facing the organization.\u00a0Specify the constraints and options available to the organization.\u00a0<\/p>\n
2)\u00a0Analysis and evaluation. This section contains thoughtful and succinct assessment of industry, market, buyer behavior and organization.\u00a0Be careful not to restate case information, rather focus on assessment and interpretation of the facts, qualitative and quantitative data and management views.\u00a0SWOT analysis framework\u00a0is one of the useful tools to use in case analysis.\u00a0<\/p>\n
This section should also present three alternative courses of actions with pros and cons analysis for each alternative.\u00a0<\/p>\n
3)\u00a0Recommendations.\u00a0This section presents set of recommendations chosen from the alternatives discussed in the previous section. Make sure those recommendations are coming out of your assessment of the situation. Recommendations should be operational and realistic in the given case situation.”<\/p>\n
The only difference with the case due on Dec 9th and the three others is that it requires a higher number of sources.<\/p>\n
