INTRODUCTIONVehicle maintenance is the process of managing workshop. It is basically designed for bus, truck and coach operators. Vehicle maintenance process maintains the whole procedure and helps to make the record which always meets required criteria. VMS scheduled the activity of the management system. Lots of manufacturing industries are using this vehicle management system because it can provide the report of any kind of defect. The software using in vehicle management system provide job cards and maintain the history (Christensen, 2007). It also controls the workshop. It was launched in 1998; from then it has been one of the most important choices of any leading professionals. Through vehicle maintenance whatever vehicle will be there we can maintain that through it. Vehicle maintenance system follows the daily safety inspection in which the operator checked all the licensed vehicle work properly or not. Operators must ensure that all the defects are properly recorded and repair the defected thing properly as early as possible. VMS also allows the safety inspection of the vehicle. The operator must check that the authority who is doing take care of the maintenance of the vehicle they are working properly or not. in vehicle maintenance system operator have to follow the guidelines and take the decision for necessary changes.
MATERIAL SELECTIONMaterial selection is one of the most important parts of vehicle maintenance system. Selection of proper material can maintain the vehicle properly. Suppose in the case of car maintenance system the caring council of car developed some interval schedule for service. Brake system which is operating properly ensures the safety issue of the vehicle. Emission system follows how efficiently the engine is running. Engine is also an important and most efficient part of a car or truck or any kind of vehicle. Without the engine the vehicles are not capable to do anything. The steering allows us to drive the car properly and in which direction we have to go. Fuel system is working on the engine control system for delivering the good performance with lightest emissions. Filters which are using in the car are very important for pour personal comfort. Cooling system of car is very useful for engine dependability. Process design also a most important part of any vehicle maintenance system. Process designing is undergoing through a lot of steps and phases. The processes used for designing the car is that the user research, the sketches of the cars used, the making of the model, the research of the product , prototyping and the testing of the components used.
