RE:Update on the changes in the production schedule

DATE:8th September, 2014.

I’m writing to let you know that that the production process will start as scheduled at milestone 1 (M1) on 8th September. The project will run to 16th March, 2014, this project will take a longer duration of time due to rescheduling that was necessitated by cases of over allocation. The time frame was also extended by 5 weeks due to supply delays extending the project by 5 weeks.

The estimated labor cost for the entire project will be $ 235, 560.00. This cost factors in all changes that may occur during the project. I hope that all the goals set for the project will be met in due time. Thanks
