Peter’s replacement should be highly intelligent and possess sharp analytical skills. Peter possessed both these competencies, and as such, the person who will replace should possess similar traits. Peter’s replacement should try to fill Peter’s shoe. Peter was always the go-getter and achiever. He prioritized competency at work, resource management, and time management. To find a suitable replacement for Peter, the hiring team should simply look for another Peter. He should possess similar a similar attitude and skill set.

Worth noting, Sonia and Seth seem to be the best fit for Peter’s position. Of all the four candidates, Gerald, Sonia, David, and Seth, those two are the ones that come close. This means that they see great potential in her, and she can be an excellent fit for the position. As a matter of fact, if well-groomed and given a good platform, Sonia can become a top analyst for Wall Street.
