Individual Respect

Table 1

Its clear that the table above indicates the level of individual respect and its infliuence to the employement of expartiates in UAE. Thiw was determined in line with the respect to maangement, to other emoloyees, to the cuture of the country as well as that of the organization, to the business strategies, to the country laws and at lat to the lobour laws of the country. The total number of those that dismissed from their employment due to the individual respect to various components were high (136) and the succesfull ones who got jobs as well as retained their employment was low. The figure 1 below shows the diference in individual respect as a factor that affect the employment of expartiates in UAE.

The graph also seconds that fact that there was high number of expatriates who did not have individual respects hence were dismissed or did not get empolyment in the UAE.

Associates

Table 2

The association between the manager and the expatriates’ employees was very low but that of employer to employer was high. The worst was between the employees and the stakeholders that had many staff members dismissed (116) as compared to those successful at 53. See figure 2 below:

The grapy indicates that the assocation between employers and the employer as well as the stakeholders is a factor towards the success of an expartiate in United Arab Emirates. For an emirate to succed in getting a job then he should have high relationship with all stakeholders, employees and the management.

Organization culture

Good organization culture is one of the factors that affects employment of expatriates in UAE.

It is clear that organization with good organizatiuon structure has most successful employees as compaed to that bad culture. Hence this is a factor that affects employment rates amid the expatriates.
