Discuss how teambuilding will start to work in the organization or in a department

One the problem in the organization is noted, a team of professional or the stakeholders will convene and come up with a team that will help analyse the problem at hand. The team will be informed the target information to solve. After the allocation of the information and the needed resources, the team will start to get information concerning the assigned role given to them. The management will give room to the team to be able to work effectively and efficiently in the organization. A team leader will be mandated with the well-being of the tam such as issues of orders and handing in the report of the issues assigned to them (DeChurch & Mesmer, 2010).

Discuss one particular issue that could not make the team work effectively.

One of the issues that help the team to work effectively is to ensure that there is an elaborate communication between the team members and the rest of the organization. Poor communications skills amid the team members is a killer image not only to the team but also the entire management of the organization as this will lead to wring report that could harm the organization even to the worse ends. Therefore, it is vital to note that as the team is built it is worth to ensure that the members of the team are able to meet the required communication skills amid other communication skills and knowledge needed. Communication can be boosted by the management via training and other factors such motivation of the workers as well. Thus, if communication exists between the team members and a clear communication plan is constituted, there will be an effective team (Towry, 2003).

Give your own recommendations as to how it can be addressed and how it can be solved

There are various ways that can be used to boost communication in a team in order to increase their team effectiveness and efficiency. The following are the best recommendations to be employed in order to improve the reliability of the team:

To develop communication Plan: the best way that the team can develop clear communication in the team is by coming up with a communication strategy plan that will guide the team in all the undertaking that is one board for them.

The other way is to ensure that the team is conversant with all the communication skills needed before constituting the team.

The other way to improve the communication in the team is by undertaking a constant in-training program to ensure that the team is always up to date with communication knowledge and skills needed

The other way that the communication of the team can be built is by ensuring that the team works on one mission and vision of the project at hand. A command channel should be created to ensure that the team has a leader who will be answerable to the management and not all the team members.

Individual Reflection

The group had only 5 members on board. The group was able to host more than 10 meeting with i attended all of the as I was the leader of the group. I was the one mandated to analyse the information and write the report. The most interesting part of the team work was during the development of information, however, I did not like planning aspect of the group. During the group work researching was the most difficult part when handling the assignments. However, I was able to learn how to do online research.
