Product / Service- Describe product offerings/services

Senior Leadership- Who are the senior leaders of this organization? Describe background, position, responsibilities, etc. Provide current organizational chart.

Competition- Compare and contrast management style and structure with the senior leaders of competitor(s) within the industry

Mission / Values / Vision Statement(s)- What are the core values that guide the company? Identify past and present taglines, slogans, and/or mottos. (1+ paragraph)

Case Application Paper

A written report will be submitted that will reflect your research for the team assignment. The report should follow these deliverables: Microsoft Word document, 12 pt, Times New Roman font, single spaced, and include headers/sub headers. A cover page and table of contents shall also be included. All non-original work is to be cited (e.g., APA format) including in text citations.
